Hollywood celebrity-manicurist Emi Kudo founded Kudo Cosmetics in Marina Del Rey, California, in November 2007.
Born and raised in one of Japan’s most beautiful regions, Kudo embraced and cherished nature’s nurturing healing powers as a young girl; she considers herself blessed to have grown up in such a natural environment. She studied Aromatherapy under French herb healing master Maurice Messsegue and Phyto Therapy (medical herb plant-healing methods) at the prestigious Esthetics Salon. In 1997 she arrived in Los Angeles, where she continued her studies on natural organic skin care at a world-renowned spa while working as a manicurist. Meanwhile, she conducted her own research on naturally healing herbs and essential oils, which led to her discovery of 100% natural ingredients and the development of her own handmade line of highly acclaimed organic skin-care products, now available worldwide, especially popular in Asian and European countries.
Kudo also works as a freelance manicurist, catering to many Hollywood stars and legendary recording artists such as Angelina Jolie and more.
